"The place was super cute. One thing is the toilet doesn’t have a door you only have a curtain. So if you are someone that likes privacy this would not be a place to stay with another person. Otherwise, it had AC, super cute neighborhood, comfy bed, fire stick tv and much more! Would stay there again!!"

"Home away from home! This rental was truly unlike any others that we’ve ever been. We arrived late and found the home fully stocked with food and beverages which was so nice since we were exhausted from the long drive. "Joseph's VRBO was a complete package, full kitchen with a separate laundry and dryer room, comfortable bed and living room area. Also, a big yard with a gate for safe parking and my dog to run around in. Joseph is very welcoming and communicative (when the messaging in the VRBO app works) and will work with you to make your stay even more comfortable. Walking around the neighborhood with my dog, everyone waves and stops to talk with you. I will definitely love to stay again!"

"Everything listed is very accurate. This place was the closest to everything that I was visiting and it is a lovely neighborhood. The Wi-Fi is wonderful and super easy to connect to. All the necessities were given and very clean! Parking is definitely not an issue as long as you follow the parking instructions given. The two little doggies were very friendly and cute. "My husband and I spent a few days at Christmas with our son. The bungalow was lit up with cheerful holiday decor. It was nice spot to cook and relax in. We walked to nearby Brand Park and hiked, visited LACMA museum downtown and even got to spend a day at the beach. This cozy location was wonderful to come home to. Host offered the outside ceramic fireplace to us but we just ran out of time!"

"This place was absolutely amazing! It’s huge. 4 floors (could be an issue for someone with mobility issues) and can sleep 14! It also has 4 bathrooms- 3 with showers. It was amazing for our family vacation everyone had space, their own bed, and almost their own bathroom! The kitchen was well stocked and they had complimentary items to use! I would stay here again in a heartbeat!"
