「When they say 3:00 check in they mean it. We arrived at 2:00 to see if we could check in early. There was no one to talk to. We called the # posted at the front desk but it went right to voicemail. When we returned around 3:00 a very nice staff person was there. Our room was very clean, bed comfortable but dated, carpet needs replacing, air conditioning worked well. We liked being downtown & the River Walk. Due to city construction projects we found it difficult to find parking.」
