「Very nice little house and good stay」

「Great location, near all of the local attractions. Very clean and well cared for property. We would definitely stay again. For those who mind, you are directly next to owners private home and neighbors on the other. Although it is rural, you are near others. 」

My toddler’s favorite things to do during our stay was saying hi to the pony every morning, swimming, and playing with the neighbor dogs outside.」

「The Sutton House and the hosts were amazing Folks, just like a warm, welcoming Family for my Family!!! The house itself is delightfully appointed in a Victorian type atmosphere with antique furniture and lamps and beds while accommodating the guests with all the modern amenities needed for a comfortable kitchen, bath and living room situation. 「Have rented 2 prior locations and this was the best. Clean pleasant great location and was very surprised to see soap provided as well as coffee ...and so much more. I very much liked we had 2 separate bedrooms with doors! and 2 bathrooms. I was able to wash clothes and it was quiet! Great walking location. I would have loved to have stayed a week. Bed was very comfy.」

「We really liked this house for our 3-day vacation. The rooms were all good-sized and there was plenty of room to spread out. The only downside is that the place wasn't super clean. There was pet hair all over the couches and beds/blankets so it didn't feel very clean to us (as we don't own any indoor pets - perhaps if you did, this wouldn't bother you). Otherwise it was a nice place!」

「This place is such a hidden gem. I was astounded at how well maintained the property was given its size. Absolutely beautiful! It was like stepping back in time to the summer camp in Dirty Dancing! The other side of our cabin was also rented out, but insulation was great, we couldn't even hear the other guests. Everything was cute and comfy and immaculately clean. It stormed (really bad) 2 of our nights and we just sat on the front porch watching, so relaxing. I cannot wait to come back here...
