“What can I say, the host was responsive, cordual and the place itself was nice with the pool which was the big hit. However there are a number items that I would suggest need attention. Master bathroom needs towel hangers and the light switch fixed as it is sunk in the wall. There are no lamps in the Master bedroom or any of the bedrooms, so if you want to read not going to happen and the furniture looked as if it came from the Thrift store, such as one of the chairs that was in the living area……

“We enjoyed our stay here as it was close to downtown Punta Gorda in a nice and quiet neighborhood. The house on the inside was exceptionally clean and had many great amenities (towels, well stocked kitchen, large flat screen TVs, etc.) There were a few mis-steps. The heated pool was not heated. Shortly before our check in, I was told that if we wanted it warmer than 72 degrees, it was an upcharge. We negotiated a reduced rate but this was not appreciated. The pool itself was not functional when……
