“Audrey is a great communicator. The place is very nice. Super clean. The distance is nice to downtown. It’s a two bedroom but there is a living room with double pocket doors to close off the room. And in the living room there is a sofa bed. This arrangement worked well for us because there was three of us all wanting our own space. The unit is on a busy-ish street so if you’re sensitive to noise, that may be an issue. The noise was muffled because the windows and walls are well insulated. We……

“This place is so unique and beautifully designed throughout the property. It’s tucked away into serenity of the redwoods. The house is so clean and thoughtfully designed very beautifully. The host was very generous in all aspects of the home. It was fully equipped with towels, beddings, toiletries, to kitchen utensils and seasoning/spices in the kitchen cabinets. We cooked hearty salmon and rice dinner and made scrumptious breakfast in the morning. We felt at home right when we stepped in the……

“I was not expecting the mandatory choice of 59 for insurance or 1,500 for a cleaning deposit. Compared to other properties, this seems excessive. Other than that, the property was fantastic, the location was perfect and the views were amazing. Great experience overall. ”
