This rate does not includes:
Extra cleaning in case of animals (€ 50,00/week/animal). Acceptance of animals to the facility must be previously authorised by the owner upon communication of the number of animals, size and breed.

From a stable for animals to a modern villa, equipped with all modern comforts, Villa Atmosfere is an oasis of peace and tranquillity. Purchased in 2005 and rebuilt in 2007, it has recently undergone a major renovation that has transformed it into a villa of contemporary design with fine finishing touches and unique original details that give it great charm. The large swimming pool, located between the main building and the annex, and the presence of several French windows, that put the interior and exterior in constant communication, make Villa Atmosfere the ideal place for a relaxing holiday. Given its location, in the centre of the geographical area of Ciociaria, it is also the ideal place from where to explore an area rich in itineraries in unspoiled nature and in historic borghi of great interest.

Interior:
The property consists of a main building and an annex. VILLA. On only one floor (ground floor) which covers about 150 sq m. The main entrance leads into a small hallway that leads into the open-plan living area, with lounge, satellite TV, fireplace (ornamental) and a small corner with antique armchairs and a coffee table, separated from the kitchen by a partial wall with lateral accesses. One wall can be fully opened thanks to sliding glass doors. The fully-equipped kitchen is connected by a French window to the exterior, a veranda with dining area. The living room leads to a first bathroom with shower, for use by the double bedroom and twin bedroom with bunk beds, and to the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, elegantly integrated into the large bedroom, with tub and washbasins in an interesting open-plan area. There is also a convenient walk-in closet with sliding door and a large shower with glass door. Behind the tub is the toilet and bidet area, closed by blurred glass doors. ANNEX. The annex covers an area of about 46 sq m and has a small hallway with a large wardrobe for use of the master bedroom which is equipped with a TV and a French window with direct access to the pool. The bathroom has a shower and a window looking out over the rear external area, on the opposite side to the pool.

Park:
The1000 sq m enclosed area around the house is immersed in an uncontaminated property of about 40 hectares. The veranda of approximately 16 sq m is furnished with a beautiful fiberglass table and chairs for pleasant outdoor meals. Further away is a small gazebo with table and chairs for more intimate relaxing moments. A masonry seating area with large comfortable cushions, covered by a gazebo with sails, it represents an elegant and attractive relaxation corner. The area surrounding the villa is mostly paved, embellished with begonia plants and large pots containing small olive trees that confer charm and elegance on the garden, all enclosed with a dense hedge over 2 m high. The large swimming pool enjoys a view over the surrounding countryside, thanks to a light metal fence that does not prevent you from admiring the landscape
Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.

Swimming Pool:
The swimming pool is located a few metres from both the main house and the annex. Rectangular, it measures 7 x 14 m with the depth ranging from 1 to 2.50 m. It has chlorine purification and Roman steps for access to the water. The solarium area is equipped with sunbeds and tables for relaxing by the pool. UMBRELLA: ON REQUEST. At the side of the annex is a gazebo with sails and a large masonry seating area with comfortable cushions. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April until the first Saturday in October.
