"We had a wonderful time, we just hadn’t realised we would be on the windy side of the island… very very windy. "Beautiful hotel and facilities but poor service - long queues, no pool service, room cleaning was late in the day (was often between 4-5pm), the corridors to the rooms were dark and damp smelling - lacked 5 star service imo. Very family friendly which it is advertised as and so many amazing facilities ..."

"Such an incredible stay, exceeded expectations. The property is spotless and well maintained. We stayed in a one bedroom suite with a kitchenette, it was very spacious. The bedding, towels, dressing gown and slippers gave a luxury feel. The kitchen was very well equipped and a shop round the corner. ..."
