"Room was fine, staff were outstanding. They really aimed to please. Travel desk was very helpful. My problem with the place is the location. I had multiple people tell me the neighborhood was not safe. I didn’t see anything nearby that I would have wanted to walk to anyway. So I ate meals at the hotel. The food was not to my liking."

"I would say you get exactly what you paid for here. It’s a cheap hotel. My bedsheets were dirty, my towel had multiple stains, everything was dusty, and the bathroom had leaking water and areas of mold. The only positive thing here was the friendly staff, the food service, and a sweet welcome gesture with snacks and water. Would recommend if you only need a place to leave your luggage. "

"Staff were very helpful and cordial especially the front desk as most interaction were with him( don’t remember his name as I met him during morning and afternoon shift)The only thing missing was dining area a/c as it was very hot and humid to eat down there , but I did hear someone trying to repair it."

"Have stayed here on a few occasions and would pick this hotel every time I need to stay in this area. The rooms are serviced each day if needed, the staff are both friendly and helpful and will go out of their way to help if they can. The rooms are spacious and well equipped and I found no problems.
