"The sold me a room they didn't have. So I had no choice but to put my family of 4 in a room with a single bed. They tries to contact me but called from a personal phone number because "the phone at the hotel has poo reception" "

"When my wife and I arrived at the hotel, after many hours on the road, there was no one at the registration desk when I checked in. I waited approximately 10 minutes before the desk clerk arrived. Several others were there also waiting for service. "

"The room was an average budget motel room. The bathtub didn’t drain properly. The shower head definitely is not for tall people. The ac made lots of noise. The hotel is not in the best area for convenience to shopping or restaurants as some of the other hotels are. It definitely an older property "
