"The check in staff was quite rude - she made us wait another half an hour to check in without a proper explanation. Staff should be taught customer service as it is the guests that keep them in business. The apartment room had all the basic amenities, cookware, utensils and plenty of storage. The neighbourhood is quite pleasant. I loved the fact that it had co working spaces downstairs and a laundry facility on the ground floor. Staycity Aparthotels, Bordeaux City Centre

8/10 Good
"We enjoyed our stay! The room was as advertised, and we especially loved having an on-site laundry facility available for guests to use. It was a very convenient feature. The only small improvements I would suggest are brighter lighting in the bathroom, an additional luggage rack or bench, and a few more hangers in the closet. Overall, we had a great stay!"
