"Was not informed about the pool being out of commission until the second day of our stay. This would have been nice to know prior to booking or checking in to the hotel that the pool was closed. Pretty bummed for my daughter being that she loves to swim. "

"Front desk staff wasn't as good as the previous visits, but not bad. It seemed like maybe there were new staff. Shuttle driver CJ was fantastic. Breakfast very good, loved the brewed coffee and fresh fruits. Also biscuits and gravy. Room was comfy and clean, nice new chaise lounge, Shuttle on time for airport. "

"Shuttle was too full both to airport and back. Room was not cleaned and had things under the bed , broken charging ports, air conditioner was very loud with little sleep. "

"I stayed here for the convenience to mall of america big mistake. Between being next to the elevator ,the airplanes flying over, loud heater turning on&off, lumpy bed& doors being slammed absolutely no sleep.The toilet seat looked like someone took bites out of it & it never flushed all the way.No shoveling or plowing of the property. Stay elsewhere."

"My son had a great time in the water park and the staff was excellent. The food was good with lots of family friendly activities and with the Mall of America so close there's even more opportunities for family fun. My only complaints were a very uncomfortable bed that was one of the worst I have ever slept on and the fact that everything is so expensive to the point our family ate at MOA most of the time because it was less expensive."
