The best part though was it’s directly next door tot he train stop making attending anything downtown a breeze for coming and going. Breakfast was terrible. Dried out bread, pitiful coffee and warm Orange juice. That was not as advertised. Everything else thought was great "

"Nice hotel, big room, breakfast included was great. Pool hours were the best, except when my family stayed there Friday - Sunday the pools were too crowded on Saturday night and the kids broke one of the pools that was really the only con. Other than that it was a great hotel stay and friendly helpful staff."

"Absolutely love this hotel! We've stayed here multiple times, and it's always a fantastic experience. The rooms are incredibly spacious, spotlessly clean, and the staff are consistently friendly and helpful. We especially appreciate the flexible check-in and check-out times. While we haven't tried the breakfast, the buffet looks quite good with plenty of options. Our last stay was perfect, except for a minor concern about the elevators. There was a notice about one being sensitive and prone to stopping, and both sets seemed a bit dated, which made us a little uneasy. We understand they get a lot of use and maintenance, but it was a slight worry. We're already planning our next trip to Minneapolis in a few months and will definitely be booking with Hyatt again!"

"The staff looked pretty grumpy. What was worse was the construction noise throughout the entire night. Giant jack hammers were tearing down a big concrete bridge. The staff claimed that it was unannounced, but it seemed to me that the property either failed to do the due diligence or conveniently ignored any possible notices. I would avoid this property at all costs."
