Newly renovated studio apartment attached to home. Private entrance, shares 1 wall with the main house that is blocked off. The only shared space is the driveway.
Located near the Asheville airport (2.5mi) and 20mins to downtown Asheville
Private bath, queen bed, dining table/chairs, couch, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator/freezer, tv/firestick.
Mini split heater/AC unit with remote. Hardwood floors. Light blocking curtains.
PLEASE LET US KNOW IF YOU WANT TO USE FUTON BED.

We were only in town for 1 night as we were attending a concert in downtown Asheville. This fit our needs perfectly. The apartment was equipped with everything we needed for a quick stay; very clean, very quiet. We will definitely look to book here again when we are back in the Asheville area.

I found this to be a charming studio apartment that was easy to locate. It was located close to several dinner options as well as close to the highway for an early departure the next morning. The Wi-Fi worked very well, as did the TV. I would stay here again if I was ever in need of a place in that part of Ashville.
