“Room and the rest of the property were excellent. Food very good. It’s a difficult place to find one’s way around at first. No porters and a long way from car park to reception. Staff mostly very pleasant.”

“A truly delightful hotel in a convenient location with excellent staff and facilities. Impossible to fault overall - 2 tips… dont park under the trees in front of the building. I dont know what the birds eat, but they eat A LOT of it. Then theres steps….pack light, you’ll be hauling your luggage up a LOT of steps :-) - its a 13th century manor house, lifts werent a “thing” !”

“A lovely venue in the countryside where we stayed for a music event. Very nice spacious and clean room with a very comfortable bed. Was just missing hangers in the wardrobe. Would have been nice to have EV charging available.”

“This hotel is one of the Old English Inns. Very vintage style, clean, and comfort. If you want to try some typical English countryside, it is. The location may not suit for those don't drive.”
