Excellent stay again. Lovely food in restaurant. Location for Blenheim palace is perfect. Service great on check in, but reception unmanned on check out so had to leave keys on desk which was a shame. Otherwise perfect

We have enjoyed a wonderful stay at The Bear Hotel. We came to enjoy a private family sunday lunch which the hotel did admirably. The lunch was very generous with great selection of vegetables with the roast. The staff were great, serving 25 people promptly without fuss. We stayed overnight and our room facing the rear courtyard was quiet, spacious and clean. Overall we would recommend The Bear Hotel for a stay.

Fantastic location, friendly staff, lovely room.

We spent one night here with our dog - who was very pleased to have been provided with his own bed! Everything was excellent - the room was wonderfully clean with nice additions (water in the fridge, coffee, slippers & gowns etc. ), fantastic location, just round the corner from Blenheim Palace and right in the centre of town. Lovely breakfast in the morning and the staff were all lovely, friendly and helpful.

I loved the set up of the rooms. In a great location, amazing price and right next to loads of shops so really handy. A few things that I would say needs to be looked at is the water pressure in the shower , it was really low. There was mould above the shower which just needed simply wiping down. Room was lovely and would 100% book and come back again!

Great stay at the Bear

Perfect location for our trip to Blenheim for a special birthday. The room had a lovely cottage feel to it. Value for money, all the staff were helpful and pleasant. Would definitely visit again.

Convenient location in Woodstock

The Park suite we had was very comfortable with enough space for us as we had large luggages. It was also convenient to walk around the lovely Woodstock town and also so convenient to walk to Blenheim Palace which is a huge plus. Will definitely stay again if we go to Woodstock or Oxford.
