Great little lake house.
Our family booked many of the houses in this neighborhood which made it nice being so close to everyone. This property is not the most ideal with a boat trailer. It was difficult backing into the driveway with our 18’ boat. Overall, we loved the place.

Great five days on Texoma
Trailer was as clean as room at 5 star hotel. Had all you need to cook in side and all the grills you need to cook out side. Had plenty of space inside and out to set and enjoy family. Plan on coming back.

This place is PERFECT if your wanting a place to have family time. We have our 16 year old grandson, he loved it, and we did also. Can't wait to come back! No stupid phone all the time . Nothing but family, fishing and games. MAKING MEMORIES!!!

Good location and lots of outside sitting areas. The bathroom sink and shower appeared dirty on arrival. Other than that we enjoyed our stay. A fall time get away would be awesome here.

Absolutely loved it!
100% recommend! This house was a bright, cheerful, well stocked, and cared for place! I can tell the owners truly wanted us to have a great experience! My girlfriend and I, and our 1yr old, along with my best friend and her 2yr old thoroughly enjoyed our 3 day, 2 night stay! Plenty of room for the kids to run around..nice cool a/c.. front deck was great to have, also the fenced in yard, chiminea, and the party barn were all luxuries that made our stay so much better! We should have prepared better regarding finding public beaches, etc so we did end up driving to West Burns Run in Cartwright, about an hour away rather than calling the renters. Next time, as advised, I will definitely text them to ask for local beaches info and access!! All of the check out instructions were well explained and again, a great stay and I highly recommend! We will be booking again before the summer is over!

clean and cozy place
We greatly enjoyed our stay. The property was as advertised. A nice beach on the lake was within 10 minutes. The house had everything you need, plates, utensils, pots and pans, bbq grill, fire pit. Things that could be improved: -Main entry door is quite hard to close. -The faucets at the shower and sinks were basic and inconvenient, except the kitchen, which was upgraded nicely.
