It's always great when this little place is available. I like staying here when i go back home. Its relaxing and very quiet. Very cozy and just enough for me. The staff is very friendly and always making sure you have all your necessities available. Thanks Gabriel and your staff.

Towels , bedding and couch were stained, tub needs to be reglazed and leaks. I almost fell slipping in the puddle on tile floor. Stairwell looks a little scary.

It was kinda hard to find especially coming in at night time. We found it eventually. The one thing I would recommend to the owner is once you give the code to get in you should allow the guest to change while they are staying. It was hard to sleep not knowing who had the code. Fix the sliding the door lock… Otherwise it had everything you needed and we were in the middle of everything food beaches stores! Real Authentic stay!

Place was clean and well located near the beach. Needs more and better towels. Only 2 thin towels provided for a one week stay. Shower head needs work. Gets floor wet. Other thah that, good place to stay.

Very cozy apartment. This is my 2nd time in this particular apartment. And i have to say that both times has been a great experience at this little place. Thank you !!! Will definitely stay again.

The apartment was dirty, and full of roaches. The bed platform was broken and the mattress kept sinking in making it very uncomfortable. There were no extra clean linens, although we were staying for 11 days. The towels smelled horrible. The coffee pot was disgustingly dirty.

The apartment was as described and then some. Very cozy and very clean. All the little details was very appreciated and very comfortable. I had very good sleep and very relaxing. Thank you for a great place and i will definitely be renting it again.
