“酒店很漂亮，占据了绝佳的位置。缺点是房间里一瓶水也没有。晚餐好一天，差一天。早餐的食品除面包外，大多品质都不够高。我还吃了变质的玉米粒，全吐了出来。整体服务还不错。”

“Lovely bedroom, clean and comfortable, decent breakfast (continental mainly) and gorgeous setting. Well placed for local walks, location pretty insignificant and no facilities at hotel to relax or sit outside when weather tricky, which was most days because we encountered bad weather. If you are happy walking every day in any kind of weather this is for you. ”

“Ett charmigt och mycket speciellt hotell. Man ska vara natur- och friluftsintresserad för att uppskatta det till fullo. Det ligger mitt i "ingenstans" med vandringsleder utanför dörren. Mycket rustika rum, men fullt bekvämt - men det kan vara kallt med otät dörr. Å andra sidan härligt att kunna elda i kaminen på kvällen, det blev varmt och charmigt. Gaskamin finns också. Trevlig restaurang med enkel men god mat. Frukosten utmärkt. Personalen trevlig och hjälpsam men de flesta talar bara spanska.”

“The staff were all amazing (except for one member of the wait staff at breakfast who got really annoyed if you ordered a latte at breakfast instead of a regular coffee.) Otherwise nothing was too much trouble. Our sea view room was great, clean good size and a lovely bathroom. The buffet selection was good but the quality of the food was average. The pool are was fabulous.”

“Der Aufenthalt war gut! Gutes Zimmer, gottlos gutes Frühstück! Nur ist es insgesamt etwas zu laut! Überall und ständig musikalische Beschallung! Was nicht schlimm wäre, wenn es sich, wie es im Hotelnamen steht; um Hard Rock und Metal handeln würde! Stattdessen bekommt man ziemlich viel elektronische Musik zu hören! Insgesamt war es trotzdem sehr schön! ”

“Great property with equally spectacular views of the ocean, golf course and mountains! Rooms are spacious and well-appointed! Dining options are abundant - from an informal pool side cafe to a fancy, multi course dinner tasting menu! Lots of places to lounge - poolside or to stare off at the views. Check-in process was a tad long for my taste but overall a 9.9!!”

“There is so much to be impressed by at this hotel. When walking through the main entrance you are surrounded by Spanish culture. The breakfast has everything you would expect in a big hotel croissants, coffee, cereal, cheeses and meat etc. but in a beautiful Spanish room. There is a sitting room with piano, a small library with table. The room had lots of beautiful furnishings. The balcony had table and two chairs. Everything in the Expedia photos is what you will see.”

“Wonderful wintersun retreat overlooking costa adeje. We were happy we chose to stay in this area rather than La Caleta as its buzzier, has more restaurants options and lies directly on the nicest bit of the promenade (access via 5min down/uphill walk). Hotel did not feel busy at any point, and sunloungers were plenty. Was particularly impressed by the thoughtfulness of the staff, who left a free bottle of wine in our room after a few nights with noisy neighbors next door. Only a shame that they……

“Overall great experience. Hotel is quite beautiful and maintained. Staff were amazing! From the bartenders; (TB, Ramon, Johnathon, Valentino, Jesus), to wait staff; ( Jose, Millie, Elena, and so many more), and the hostess Nathalie Concierge Toni was very informative and helpful We found the Mosaic Restaurant food to be very monotonous as the main Buffett. As we booked all inclusive package, we were still limited to the other restaurants and premium beverages. Our beautiful oceanfront one……
