「Too inconvenient. Inconvenient place, inconvienient service. We lived here for 2nights, Since our reservations were separated, they asked us to change the room at 12pm on the second day and the housekeeper can help us to put our luggage to the new room. Although it took us too much inconvienence, on the second day 12pm nobody came to my room to helped us. So I don't want to back to this Ritz Carlton hotel again. Awful experience.」

En el séptimo piso, donde me alojé estaban en obras, y empezaron desde temprano por la mañana con ruidos molestos; cosa que no se mencionó al hacer el check in. Eché en falta un par de botellitas de agua de cortesía , y al ir a buscar una al minibar , estaba vacío. Además había unas hormiguitas minúsculas, campando a sus anchas en una de las mesillas de noche . Busqué el nido pero no pude encontrarlo. Lo comenté con la señora de la limpieza y me dijo que...

「Très bon séjour Le personnel à l'accueil est réellement très sympa et réactif. Séjour d'une semaine en famille, couple avec deux enfants. Seul bémol le petit déjeuner avec une personne peu agréable et psychorigide sur les menus, impossible de remplacer un smoothie par un café par exemple... Autant une cuisine dans les appartements mieux vaut privilégier de faire ses courses au Lidl qui est juste en face. À part ça, super endroit, je recommande」
