We lived here for 2nights, Since our reservations were separated, they asked us to change the room at 12pm on the second day and the housekeeper can help us to put our luggage to the new room. Although it took us too much inconvienence, on the second day 12pm nobody came to my room to helped us. So I don't want to back to this Ritz Carlton hotel again. Awful experience.”

“Had a great stay overall, and the reception staff were always extremely helpful and approachable. We had a crisis with my wife breaking her arm, which extended our stay 4 days, but the hotel did absolutely everything they could to help. This is the hotel you want to be at in a crisis! :) Special thanks to Myriam and her team Highlights - Buffet food is excellent with a wide variety of fresh food (meats, salads, cheese, desserts etc). Not quite sure where any negative reviews come from on……

“We had a garden room which was very spacious, indoors and out, with a huge, comfortable bed. The hotel staff were all very welcoming and helpful. The hotel grounds are immaculate, and there were always plenty of sunbeds and parasols around the pools, whatever the time of day. ”

“Great property with equally spectacular views of the ocean, golf course and mountains! Rooms are spacious and well-appointed! Dining options are abundant - from an informal pool side cafe to a fancy, multi course dinner tasting menu! Lots of places to lounge - poolside or to stare off at the views. Check-in process was a tad long for my taste but overall a 9.9!!”

“Très bon hôtel, idéalement situé avec un accès direct à la meilleure plage de sable noir de Adeje. Grand parking pour laisser la voiture. Le buffet le soir est varié avec bar à salade, un côté viande, un coté poisson. Les chambres ne sont pas très bien insonorisé et la taille de l’hôtel fait que les femmes de ménages commencent tôt, heuresement vous pourrez vous reposer au bord des 3piscines ou à la plage. Nous avons été début mai 2025 et il y avait majoritairement des personnes âgées.”
