「Staff unwilling to apply payment to a visit the following week when the airline stuck me missing my connecting flight. It's one of those "if you wanted to, you would" moments. And they didn't care. Oh well. I'm just a number, why would I matter. 」

「Property a bit dated, there were bugs on the sofa and had german but no UK TV. Breakfast was adequate, sauaages / scrambled egg, ham , cheese, bread, croissants and fruit (tea coffee and juice. However I am Vegetarian and also Gluten Free so I had scrambled egg and cheese. They did offer GF bread but it was a still frozen bread roll so couldnt be toasted. It was 10 euro so it eas OK for what I needed and two plates of what is basically acheeae omelette with drinka made it worth the money but...

Luego el soporte donde tienes que colocar la tarjeta de la habitación para tener luz no funcionaba correctamente, me tocó reintentar varias veces para hacerlo funcionar. Que el termostato no pueda ser modificado también es un punto en contra, ya que había aire caliente puesto en todo el hotel y tuve que dormir con la ventana abierta para que entrara aire, en un primero que...

「A super relaxing and beautiful place to stay. Very nice staff and surroundings. Breakfast is delicious and the restaurant is also good and serves a unique style of cuisine. We would 100% return here.」

「Very pleasant stay. All staff professional, pleasant and helpful. Enjoyed dinner in the evenings. Weather unfortunately was not suitable for using the outdoor amenities. Only a short walk down to the footpath along the side of the coast.」

「All the staff - from people at the reception to the guy overseeing the breakfast - were so nice, welcoming, and went the extra mile to give us useful recommendations and arrange a taxi for our hike. It definitely added to the overall vibe and made our stay that much more special. The rooms were also quite large and very clean. I’d definitely recommend Hotel Rosa to a friend and will be sure to stay there again if I come back to Denia!」
