    This cozy vacation home offers a perfect retreat with unique sea views. The house features a private pool, ideal for cooling off on sunny days. Each bedroom is equipped with its own air conditioning, ensuring total comfort.

    The property is laid out on a single floor, including two bedrooms, one with a double bed and another with two single beds and a double bed, plus a bathroom with a shower. The fully equipped kitchen connects to the warm living room with a fireplace, perfect for family gatherings. The terrace is the ideal spot for enjoying outdoor meals thanks to its built-in barbecue, while the hilltop landscape unfolds around you.

    The exteriors of the house invite relaxation and contemplation. From the elegant porch with outdoor furniture to the charming garden surrounding the pool, every space is designed to enjoy the pleasant weather and panoramic views. The house also features a relaxation corner with a table and chairs where you can unwind from daily life.

    Access to the house includes a lane composed of a concreted and dirt stretch of approximately 2000 meters. The lane is characterized by curves and bumps typical of the mountainous area where the house is located.

Wir hatten einen außergewöhnlichen Aufenthalt in dieser Villa in Andalusien. Alles war einfach traumhaft. Die Aussicht ist atemberaubend und bietet von morgens bis abends eine friedliche Atmosphäre. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig und entspannend. Mitten im Grünen gelegen, ist die Villa ideal, um abzuschalten und die Natur zu genießen. Alles war blitzsauber, bestens gepflegt und genau so, wie wir es uns vorgestellt hatten. Wir können diese Villa allen Reisenden, die Ruhe, Komfort und eine wunderschöne Umgebung suchen, wärmstens empfehlen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Fantastische Aussicht und absolute Ruhe. Torre del Mar ist nicht weit entfernt und lädt zu einem Cortado auf einer Terrasse mit freundlichen Spaniern ein. Wer das Großstadtflair sucht, findet in Málaga unzählige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Auch Nerja ist einen Besuch wert – ein malerisches Dorf mit vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in diesem Haus in den Bergen sehr genossen. WLAN und digitales Fernsehen waren hervorragend – perfekt für die seltenen Momente, in denen man nicht draußen ist.
