    This beautiful property located in Arenas stands out for its elegant interior design and stunning natural surroundings. The house has air conditioning in all bedrooms, ensuring year-round comfort. It offers a distinctive design with a rounded living room, creating a cozy and unique atmosphere thanks to its arched windows that allow abundant natural light, and a fully equipped kitchen. Additionally, the house has two full bathrooms and an ensuite toilet, providing comfort and functionality.

    Outside, the property offers a private pool surrounded by a wooden deck and well-maintained green areas, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the Mediterranean climate. Its private, heated 5 x 9 meter pool is heated by a heat pump and allows for pleasant swimming from April to October, with temperatures between 20 and 28 degrees Celsius (depending on the outside temperature).

Traumhafte Umgebung und herrlich ruhige Lage. Garten und Pool sind einfach traumhaft. Das Haus ist angenehm geschnitten und bietet viel Platz. Antonio ist ein super Gastgeber und antwortet schnell auf Nachrichten. Bei uns funktionierte die Dusche nicht richtig, also kam er umgehend mit einem Klempner vorbei, um sie zu reparieren. Er spricht zwar nur Spanisch, aber wir kamen mit Google Translate gut zurecht. Der Weg zum Haus ist für niederländische Verhältnisse sehr steil und eng; er kann etwas nervenaufreibend sein.

Das Haus ist richtig gut, der Pool ist fabelhaft, immer warm. Eine sehr schöne, ruhige Lage. Der einzige Nachteil, eine sehr schmale Straße führt zum Haus, man hofft jedes Mal, dass kein Auto entgegen kommt. Wenn man von der Hauptstraße abfährt, es sind 1,5 km bis zum Haus und man braucht 10 Minuten Fahrtzeit. Die Ausstattung der Küche könnte vervollständigt werden, war nicht ausreichend Geschirr da. Ansonsten ist die Zimmeraufteilung richtig gut, auch die Außenanlage ist wie aus dem Bilderbuch. Am Anfang haben wir uns Sorgen gemacht, ob wir draußen essen können? Es gab doch genug Sitzmöglichkeiten.
