「Very friendly and helpful receptions. The location is very convenient. We had an issue with the aircon late at night. I was told the next day that the aircon was fine that is was in sleep mode. As we stayed 1 night it didnt matter but definitely its not easy to use if thats the case. The bed light on/off is tricky but the hotel does explain to you during checkin. It was a nice laugh with the family trying to figure it out!!! 」

I was there in late fall and the heating system worked very well. The bathroom was modern and quite clean and there was plenty of room in the shower. The hotel sign board is quite small and not so easy to identify. There is an Asian restaurant next to the hotel which I enjoy having food there. The hotel is located on the 2nd floor of the building and there is no elevator. I appreciate and thank that the hotel staffer gives me a helping hand to deliver luggage...

「This is a very interesting place set in an 18C mansion. The owner is very friendly and gave us a tour of the historic public rooms. The room was huge, very well heated (it’s January) and comfortable. The lovely garden under lemon trees was charming. Nice breakfast served in the sumptuous ballroom.」
