"Always like to stop at a Hard Rock however this was a first time at this hotel on Madrid. Location is everything when traveling & this property"s locale is not great. It was necessary to walk miles or get transportation to the happening areas. Hotel breakfast was OK but again property not near any other eating establishments."

"We stayed overnight for a connecting flight to Mallorca next day. Lovely hotel and staff!"

"The breakfast service was very good, but the cleanliness could be improved; there were long women's hairs in the bathroom. The hotel staff in all areas were very committed to providing good service. The elevators are sophisticated, but they had some operational problems."

"Swimming pool opening hours are little a bit ridiculous. People are on holiday, hotel sign outside says 5* and you can swim 10am-9pm"

"Very well located and helpful staff with nice cafe and cozy common spaces. The bed was clean. Shower and bathroom could've been cleaner but it's difficult with shared hostel rooms."
