Rien à redire l’appartement est très agréable. D’une propreté irréprochable et parfaitement bien équipé : meubles, linge, petit et gros électroménager de bonne qualité et en parfait état. Ustensiles de cuisine au complet et état neuf ! Très bel accueil de Jacques le propriétaire sur qui nous pouvions compter en cas de besoin.

2 chambres et 2 salles d'eau, appartement très bien agencé et équipé, avec un petit jardin, en bordure de pinède donc très calme. Super hôte !

l'appartement est exactement comme sur les photos, bien aménagé et très pratique pour deux adultes et une adulescente les chambres et salles de bain indépendantes facilitent les réveils en décalé ,un des points forts: la piscine est au bout de la terrasse!Autre point fort : la résidence est idéalement situé dans Argelès une fois la voiture garée dans le parking dédié à l'appartement , vous pouvez tout faire à pieds , plage,courses alimentaires , shopping,restaurants loisirs ,excursions , petit train etc.. La relation avec le propriétaire est aisée et il est attentionné vis à vis de ses hôtes

Sehr schöne, gepflegte und strandnahe Wohnung. Küchenutensilien könnten noch ergänzt werden, z.B. Brotkorb, Eierbecher. Sehr netter Vermieter. Wir können diese Unterkunft weiterempfehlen.

Prima gelegen, mit Blick in Richtung Park. Schöner Ort für einen Strandurlaub und als Ausgangspunkt für viele Ausflüge. Tolle Kombination aus moderner, zentraler Unterkunft und trotzdem nicht laut oder zu turbulent. Die Wohnung ist tagsüber und abends ruhig und angenehm. Die Einrichtung ist funktionell und vollständig. Es fehlt nichts. Freundlicher und unkomplizierter Vermieter. Ich komme gerne wieder.

Die Wohnung hat einen hervorragenden Zustand mit allen notwendigen Ausstattungen, eingeschlossen einer Klimaanlage und Garage. Sie liegt zentral, weil nah am Meer mit guten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und dennoch nicht im Bereich des Rummels von Argeles sur Mer, den es excessiv auch gibt. Reisetipps: Wunderschönes Umland. Die Stadt Ceret ist ein Muß. Die vorgelagerten Orte Richtung spanischer Grenze lohnen alle um zu verweilen. Auch ein Trip nach Spanien entlang der Küste bis Cataques und zurück über Figueras – sozusagen auf den Spuren von Salvatore Dali – nach Perpingian, hat Charme.
