Difficultés d'accès

Il est nécessaire de prévenir que la location est gérée par une agence immobilière. La remise des clefs ne se daut pas sur la location,. Aucune visite ni explication du fonctionnement ( poubelle, lave vaisselle...). Il a été nécessaire de prendre un taxi pour se rendre à l'Agence. C'est la dernière fois que je passe par le site.

Le ménage n'a pas été fait avant notre arrivée... la maison était très sale avec des douches pleines de cheveux, de crasse et même une avec lame de rasoir...

VILLA BIEN SITUEE - très calme dommage qu'il n'y est pas de climatisation de plus l'ensemble des serrureries portes et fenêtres est à revoir dans leur totalié

Location agréable

Maison en retrait de la rue, calme et sans vis- à -vis, vaste intérieurement et terrasse ombragée grâce aux arbres mais où la climatisation serait souhaitable. Nécessité de prendre la voiture pour les courses et pour aller à la plage ( inconvénient compensé par la proximité des parkings tout le long de la promenade longeant la plage - parkings gratuits -)
