"Close to train station , 10-15 minute walk to arched walk ways / shops . There is a Vibe in the hotel , bar is good , pool looks great ( did not use ) Staff really helpful"

"An okay stay however if any issues, the receptionist are somewhat unbothered and only willing to help when convenient for them. Breakfast is quite the let down with minimal options. The hotel although given a 4 star does not operate as one. At best it is a 3 star hotel but given the pricing relative to other hotels in Bologna, I guess it’s okay"

"Comfirtable and spacious room. Staff was friendly and excellent service provided. Dissapointed in breakfast buffet- very "average" quality food- not the same quality we received in other hotels in Italy, especially a bummer in the "food capitol" of Italy"

"Not in walking distance to Ravenna. No tea or coffee making facilities in the room. When we arrived we were told the restaurant had no spots left for dinner and we were not offered any alternatives The hotel purports to be environmentally friendly but the room only had plastic drinking cups. Very disappointing. Breakfast was delicious, plentiful and complimentary cafe latte. Despite the delicious breakfast I would NOT recommend this hotel"
