The apartment itself was very roomy and loved that there was an extra powder room available. Would have appreciated an extra set of keys - it was difficult to coordinate when my daughter and I had different plans. It would have been impossible if there had been more of us.」

「Nice, clean apartment in an excellent location. After hours check in charges are steep. Internet did not work for 5 of our 7 day stay. Host was non-responsive through WhatsApp, which they had told us to use to communicate problems. Communication of the issue through Expedia was slow and did not resolve the issue. We had expected/needed internet access for work during the trip and were disappointed to have to search for that access off premises.」

「Check-in and check-out can be a bit of a hassle. The security deposit feels a bit high, and it can take ages to get it back, especially if you don’t follow up. The amenities could be better, and the heater isn’t very effective at warming up the place. There aren’t any slippers provided. The bed is a bit of a disaster, and you’re likely to end up with back pain. For the price, you might find a better hotel in a better location. The location was good.」
