"⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Wow—an absolutely stunning stay at Pan Pacific Suzhou! The hotel is breathtaking, especially the classical Chinese gardens—peaceful, elegant, and incredibly beautiful. Walking through the grounds feels like stepping into a painting. The staff are genuinely warm, attentive, and super helpful, making the whole experience effortless and welcoming. One of the highlights was renting a hanfu dress directly at the hotel. The collection is gorgeous, with so many beautiful styles to choose from, and the service was truly professional—from fitting to styling. It made the entire experience feel authentic and special. Everything about this stay was amazing. Highly, highly recommended! 🌸"

"This hotel presents itself as a high end hotel, but it is not. I stayed in a Deluxe Bedroom, on the 19th floor. The sound proofing on the windows is horrible. I could hear all the cars honking every morning from the 19th floor waking me up. At times, you could smell cigarette smoke coming thru the vents from other bedrooms. The only good things about this hotel are the breakfast, nearby subway station, and the dry cleaning. The customer service is subpar. I had to checkout sooner than expected. I checked out 1 hr past the deadline, and was charged an additional night. The manager would not waive the additional night because of 1 hr. I have stayed at this hotel everytime I am in China, but have realized there are better options available nearby. Stay there instead. "
