Unhappy with the services

I was not happy at all when I checked in they gave me a free upgrade which I understand but the room was small and out dated and then the problem started after that the staff was not good they all where angry All the time when u phone them to bring a saving kit and towel it took them near 2 hours to bring to the room the services was very very bad I rather go to the cheapest hotel then stay here again all my family was upset what u see the picture on hotels.com is nothing like that the lobby is old outdated and no customer services

Immer wieder gerne fahren wir zu diesem tollen Hotel wenn wir in der Gegend sind. Sehr freundliches Personal, sehr gute Parkmöglichkeiten und eines der besten großen Betten für einen tollen Schlaf. In der früh gibt es dann tolles, frisches und reichhaltiges Frühstück für einen guten Start in den Tag. Bitte so weiter machen.

Uitstekend ontbijt, super vriendelijke mevrouw die het eten maakt. Overige personeel ook vriendelijk tegenover onze kinderen. Genoeg parkeerplaats. Helaas was het babybedje en kinderbed niet gereed bij aankomst (s’avonds laat), ondanks dat we dit vooraf ook apart gemeld hadden.

Bir gece konaklamamiza ragmen cok memnun kaldik. Onburodan housekeepinge kadar tum personel guleryuzlu ve ilgiliydi. Kahvalti yeterliydi. Ortam sade ve huzurluydu. Personel nitelikli ve uygun secilmis kisilerden olusuyordu. Hotel temiz ve herkes isini yapiyordu.Guzel bir deneyim yasadik. Sakarya'da ailenizle kalabileceginiz en guzel hotel diyebilirim. Memnuniyet

Genel olarak temiz otel karşilama fena değildi 2 küçük çocuğun ile gittik ailecek çocuklar için bir hediye beklerdim yarim elma gönül alma gibi.Bulundugumuz katta futbol takimi vardi. Kapilarinin bir çoğu açik ve koridor komple sigara kokuyordu. Siigara kokusu odamiza kadar geldi. Futbol takiminin oldugu bir kata aile konaklamamali diye düşünüyorum
