The Japanese style room was cozy and not humid at all. We were lucky that it snowed a few times during our stay. Waking up to a beautiful snowing view outside the window was amazing. 「櫃檯下午3點才有服務，4點才能入住，所以3點過後才能寄放行李。 如果是自由行的外國旅客，要推行李上坡道走800公尺，會累到無法言語。建議沒有日本手機不會講日文的朋友，因為無法去電請飯店到有馬溫泉站接送，可以仔細考慮後，再決定是否入住。 而飯店本身，服務好，房間大，也乾淨。房間沒有浴室，統一使用大浴場。大浴場也很棒。 對我而言是間很棒的飯店。有機會會再造訪。」

「Definitely enjoy a perfect onsen experience here, the hotel provide shuttle bus service anytime and all the staff are polite and helpful, the environment is great and the public bath and the rest zone are very good and surprised me ! A lot of free ice cream and fruits , there a massage sofa too! Really amazing experience here!!!!! The breakfast and dinner really make me feel amazing !!!! Strongly recommend!!!!」
