"My cottage was great! Very quiet! Had everything like a furnished apt. I found that they don’t have good signage when you enter the property. It’s a maze of streets. I’m told they can’t put up certain signs because it’s a time share property. They also require a lot of paperwork before you even arrive plus pre check ins on line. Then when you arrive you have to go thru the whole thing again. I found it to be a bit much. The staff was great and they gave you a map to find your cottage. That part was easy. They have an Italian restaurant on the property and a lot of amenities. I didn’t use them because I was there for just a night. Was visiting friends in the area."
"Clean, comfortable accommodations and friendly staff. In a residential area; not very close to restaurants or shopping, but still an attractive option for cooking in and lounging around the property. We enjoyed the quiet atmosphere."
"We had a lovely time in Cottonwood and staying at the SpringHill Suites made our six nights extra enjoyable! We originally planned only a four night stay, but we felt so comfortable we extended our stay by two extra nights. The staff was extra friendly, caring, and wanting to go the extra mile.
