「Come here if you'd like to find out what great Italian home cooking tastes like. We had two diners here, and regret we didn't have more. The minestrone soup, lasagna and aubergine Parm are so fresh and refreshing, even though I'm used to the great Italian restaurants in Manhattan and Brooklyn. It's nice to have a comforting dinner overlooking the lake, after a day of sight seeing, and finishing with home made apple cake and ice cream or rum with chocolate.」

「The property location was great and the room and breakfast were good. The only issues were that the air conditioning wasn’t working throughout the hotel and we weren’t made aware of this. It was only when we got to the room and tried it that we found this out. We were given a fan to use but the room was very hot. "I had a very disappointing stay at Best Western Hotel Bellevue Au Lac. The room was nothing like the photos on the website — outdated, worn, and clearly misrepresented. The facilities are old and poorly maintained. Even worse, we experienced discrimination from staff at breakfast. We queued before another couple, but the waiter ignored us and then claimed there were no indoor tables, forcing us into a cold, semi-outdoor area. Breakfast was basically self-service (we had to pick up cutlery and napkins ourselves) and food ran out frequently. The whole experience felt like the hotel seriously underestimates and disrespects its guests. Not recommended."

"The hotel is located approximately 4 kilometers from the city center in a quiet environment, offering ample free parking. It features a swimming pool, sauna, and fitness center. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the breakfast is plentiful, and the staff are friendly. I would definitely stay here again."
