“The overall stay was enjoyable but the villa was advertised as 'luxury' and we feel this isn't quite the case. The area in which the villa is situated is lovely, secluded and quiet but within the villa its self the kitchen is under equipped with the bare minimum utensils, pots, pans etc. There were no 'pantry' items at all tea, coffee, salt, herbs, etc The patio furniture was very old and cushion covers were ripped. There was definately a problem with ants in the villa especially in the upstairs……

“We had a very enjoyable week staying at the villa on the beautiful island of Zakynthos. The villa was modern, clean and with everything you need for your stay. They even do a mid week clean and replace towels and bedding. The pool is a good size for children to play in or to take a swim. The town of Tsilivi is a 8-10 minute walk, we had a hire car so often drove down in the evenings for the many restaurants and shops. There is a small shop 2 minutes walk for basics.”

“We wanted a month to just do nothing and re-set. This place was perfect. A lovely, friendly, family run affair with one daughter on reception, another daughter in the restaurant and Mum cooking. The grounds and pool are kept beautifully and the villa facilities are adequate, plus it's so convenient to have the restaurant on site. (And Aliki's cooking is great!) Its a 15min walk down through olive groves to the nearest beach and about half an hour to the next bay. My only negative would be that……

“This home is located on the eastern side of the island which was a great home base for us since we explored different areas each day while there. Extremely well kept, private, and clean. The hosts were very responsive and very generous with how they stocked various things in kitchen and bathrooms for us. Highly recommend. Nearby busy/tourist area of Tsivili is only 5 minutes away if we wanted to get dinner or any supplies. ”

“What a fabulous villa. Couldnt have picked better, close to amenities but not too close that its noisy. Villa comes with all home from home facilities with the added bonus of a private pool and outdoor seating. With a fully functionable kitchen with all utensils etc, you have the added benefit of being able to dine in if preferred. Another bonus was to be also able to do the washing before returning home.Hosts are a lovely friendly family who ensured our stay was comfortable throughout the week.……

“We have stopped in many villas over the years and this villa we would rate at the bottom. This does not mean that the villa was bad it just was below the average standard that we have been used to. The lighting throughout the villa was poor with several fittings having blown light bulbs in them. The bed sheets were too small for the beds!!Limited cutlery/kitchen items, etc etc etc! ”

“Really disappointed with our stay here. I messaged the owner a few days before to check the pool was fully working, she confirmed all OK. When I arrived the pool was cloudy dirty couldn't see the bottom , I phoned the owner she said it was fine to use. We didn't use it, she then phoned us to say don't use it today as its not safe due to chemicals and it would be fixed by tomorrow, it wasn't she then kept saying it would be fixed every day for 4 days, it never was. We only booked a 4 day stay.……

“Had a fabulous family reunion at this property. The host did a fabulous job reaching out beforehand and assisted in setting up a private chef, boats and horseback riding. We had a few small issues while on property and both were handled professionally and quickly ! The chef was out of this world ( and did extra custom things once she found out we had one set of newlyweds and one set of recently engaged ) thank you Dimitra! Finally , once we left - I had left my laptop behind and the host was……
