But rooms are outdated. We stayed at newer building where the Smokehouse is, so can't say anything about main building and how well it maintained.」

「Location is the reason to stay here: literally *between* the visitor center and the monastic ruins that are the reason to visit Glendronagh. Perhaps that enables the seemingly casual attitude toward getting details right, re cleaning, housekeeping, and even record keeping. This was the only dirty hotel we encountered in a month in Ireland.」
