Very nice boutique hotel convenient to the train station on north side of Arles just inside the city gate. Our Jr Suite was very comfortable. Nice cafe offering small plates. Wonderful staff. Highly recommended.

Good location. When arrival I was confused a little bit since the road to the inner city was blocked for construction work. But the free parking just outside the walls are close enough, so only a 1 min walk. Hotel condition was good. Brunch seems not much to choose from so skip that.

The hotel is very clean and nicely decorated. I love the tile floors, it makes things much cleaner. They provide room service every day to tidy up. The sink is huge, there are nice mirrors, hangers are supplied. There is a TV but we haven't used it. We have a bathtub as well as a shower. They upgraded us to a bigger room with a king sized bed. The beds are a little firm, I've found that to be the generally the case in Europe, but they have plenty of nice big pillows. The sheets, pillowcases seem to be made of linen or linen/cotton.

Street under construction. Restaurant closed. Very friendly staff. Didn’t like the pillows. Nice decor. Strange breakfast prices but friendly staff.

Arles overnight before leaving on cruise
Staff was amazing and very helpful. Room was very clean and neat. Looked just like the pictures. Excellent walking distance to the river cruise ships- maybe 5 minutes.

The gentleman that checked us in was exceptional. From providing a room upgrade, a map, dining suggestions, helping with our luggage and digging through converters to lend us one, his efforts were very much appreciated. Getting to the hotel was a little bit challenging as cars don't have access to the area. We were fortunate to eventually find a space nearby. The road out front is under construction so its a little messy right now. The room was comfortable and clean.

It's conveniently situated between the train station and cruise terminal so I'd highly recommend this hotel for cruise passengers. Around 7 min walk from train station and 5 minute to pier. The hotel is clean and I believe it's the best option within the vicinity. Rooms are spacious with complimentary water. If you stay 1 night, suggest to put your daily necessities in a small luggage as the hotel doesn't have elevator, and leave the big one in reception. The guy at reception is kind enough to carry your luggage though but it's quite difficult to bring a heavy big luggage for anyone. Friendly and cosy hotel to stay

Excellent location just inside the roman gate. Parking was easy just outside the gate. Walking distance to everything. Our room was way beyond expectations as it looked to be recently renovated. The hotel and cafe staff were extremely nice and helpful. We will stay here again.

It was a cute hotel with friendly staff and close to the major tourist sites. Very walkable. There’s a paid parking lot close by. Breakfast is great as well. There was construction happening outside but not the hotels fault.

Has a bohemian vibe that I particularly enjoyed. You can easily walk to so many sites, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Excellent food. It's great fun just to sit outside and people watch!

We had an amazing stay at Maison Volver. The room was cosy, cute and clean. The staff made our stay exquisite. They are doing their utmost to accommodate your needs and they deliver. I had to stay longer in the room for work calls and they allowed me to stay. Stretching outside their usual timings ( thank you). And they found me a table next to a socket for the rest of the afternoon ( thank you very much). I recommend Maison Volver and will book it again.

The interior decoration gave the room a comfortable and relaxed ambiance, The staff were friendly and helpful and took my heavy suitcase upstairs for me as there is no elevator. I’d stay there again if I ever came back despite the room being small and the bed big, it was very comfortable.

Large room on 2nd floor (NCB, no elevator). Florence and everyone else we encountered at the hotel & its restaurant were kind, knowledgeable, and engaging. Easy walk to/from train station, the amphitheater and Republic Square..

What a nice little hotel. The room was exactly as described. The proprietress was friendly and efficient and always present. The restaurant downstairs provided excellent coffees and a great set of breakfast choices. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Our room was immediately above the restaurant, yet very quiet. The location was excellent for this very walkable town. Free Wi-Fi was available in the room and down in the restaurant, which also had a great patio dining setup.

Beautiful hotel with wonderful staff. The reception helped us get a taxi and communicated what we needed. Hotel is accessible from train and to river cruises by foot. Wonderful shopping and dining all around!

The staff was really really great and the food was fantastic but the rooms are tight and the Wi-Fi is very poor. The location is okay but the hotel is located inconveniently located between the train station and historic center so there is a long parade of tours passing by as you have breakfast.

Great location in old town, near the train station. Hotel's restaurant excellent. Very nicely decorated. Slightly steep stairs, but help with luggage readily available. Staff and owner very very friendly and helpful. We want to stay there again and strongly recommend it.
