Do not stay here. We paid a lot of money for a property that was infested with thousands of flies and spiders. Shockingly, the house manager admitted they knew about the fly infestation from previous renters but refused to fix it, Merely handing us a fly swatter and eventually one fly grill. We spent hours of our vacation swatting bugs and making DIY traps.The house was filthy, smelled bad, and looked nothing like the pictures. Outdoor furniture was strewn across the lawn, and the pool area was a mess. Basic amenities were non-existent: we were rationed to two dishwasher pods, one kitchen towel, and one roll of toilet paper per bathroom for a house meant to sleep 12. They even demanded 8 euros per pool towel.Management was useless. The dishwasher was left unemptied, lightbulbs were burnt out, and the kitchen door would not lock (a major safety issue they ignored twice). The WiFi did not work (they claimed it was due to a national outage but we couldn’t find any proof of that) , the TV cord couldn't even reach the outlet, and the smoke alarm was chirping—management just dropped off batteries and made us change them ourselves. Their excursion brochure is completely outdated and full of false promises. This property was not prepared for renters. If you are looking for luxury, this is not it. Avoid at all costs. For the price, it is not worth it.
