「We had stayed here once before a couple years ago. It was nice then, but something's happened over the past few years. The staff were very helpful and polite but that's where the good stops. The linens and towels had stains on them. The shower was dirty and there was hair on the walls. I walked around the room barefoot for a bit and when I got in the shower, I was leaving dirty foot prints so the floors weren't very clean. 「Check in was fine as this stay was booked through Expedia which normally isn’t used when traveling. They have an elevator which was clean but very slow. Room was clean but pillows were hard along with mattress. Hotel is about 15 years old so updates could be done be to improve things.
