“Khun Tao and her staff were very friendly. The hotel has a family customer service environment. Rooms were clean and even though room didn’t have a microwave. The staff was more than helpful to heat your food. On first night there staff ordered food for me, went above and beyond to accommodate my hunger :-)”

“This resort is pretty spartan. The rooms are basic and minimalistic. They provide tissues, but there is literally no toilet paper roll in the bathroom. The breakfast was provided in the morning on a covered plate, but could be cold if you wake up after they place it outside your room. There are great dining and shopping options very close to the hotel. There is literally a 7-11 next door to the hotel. Very convenient. If you are just looking for a place to rest for the night, it is a good place.……

“Room was small and shower slow. Tap water didn't come and needed change a long time ago. No wonder there was no picture of inside. However, outside was ok. One can see different fruit trees. ”

“Unfortunately, it wasn't as pleasant as I would have wanted it to be, the A/C in my room stopped working properly at midnight. A few ants were on my bed and bit me while I was asleep. I respectfully informed the front desk of the issues and if the manager could give me a call asap. It's been over 48 hours and have not heard from management. I'm all about giving a business a second chance and will stay at the same room if the deficiencies are fixed. ”
