"Nice place in the redwoods. Occasional smell of natural gas or propane from the sleeping loft was a bit concerning. Height of ceiling above bed is kind of low, making it hard for 2nd person to get in/out."

"Went here for a sound bath and girls weekend away! The sound bath was fantastic!!! We were disappointed to find out that the hot tub is more of a warm tub with nonfunctional jets and the pool is advertised as heated but was fairly cold. The glamping tents were nice, comfy beds, heated blankets, towels and a futon. I noticed another tent had a mini fridge, ours didn’t. Each tent had its own fire pit outside and that was fun to end the evening by the fire. Bathrooms were clean and well maintained. They have a “restaurant” there that is kind of like a snack bar with some sandwich options and drinks. They had complimentary coffee but it wasn’t available until 8am. A keurig in the tents might be a nice touch. Overall a good stay just some let downs with the pool and hot tub. Was close enough to the ocean that we day tripped to Jenner and that was a highlight. Super close to Safeway and restaurants and shops."

"This compound was a solid spot for my group of friends to experience Guerneville. The pool was refreshing and the different sleeping spots were cool. It feels like some updating is needed. Perhaps some sealing of the doors, and some way to cool off the main house (air conditioning?). I know we had water issues, but the manager addressed that as quickly as they could. But some TLC may be needed.Ultimately, a good spot for groups."

"This was my second time booking Wood Chalet and the experience was just as great as the first! The house is an absolute gem: spacious and comfortable, well-appointed, and close to town. We had everything we needed and are already looking forward to our next visit!"

"Amazing house just 1 mile north of Downtown Guerneville! My friends and I stayed here for Lazy Bear weekend, and we will definitely stay here again for the future ones!We loved how clean and spacious the entire property was. The heated pool and hot tub was very lovely, and it was nice to grab some fruits from the many fruit trees they have in the back yard!Highly recommend this place if you have a big group of friends, family, or chosen family!"
