Eine Woche Auszeit

Das Haus ist ein Traum. Liebevoll eingerichtet und es fehlt einfach nichts. Der große Garten bis zum Bootsanleger ist super. Auf dem roten Stuhl sitzen, Segelboote und Enten beobachten ist total entspannend. Und diese Ruhe genießen….mehr geht nicht. Vielen Dank für ein paar wunderschöne Ferientage.

Das Kapitänshaus hat alles, was man braucht. Die Lage ist einzigartig, mit großem Garten und eigenem Steg.

Ein wundervolles Haus zum Entspannen mit und ohne Kinder! Es fehlt an nichts!

Gefallen hat uns das Ambiente, die Ausstattung, die Sauna, das Gartenhaus als Abstellmöglichkeit, der große Außenbereich, der Steg, der Kamin, die Bücher, die Spiele uvm. Es war toll und hat an nichts gefehlt. Vielen Dank!

Gemütliches Haus zum Entspannen

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und den Urlaub trotz durchwachsenem Wetter genossen. Das Alte Kapitänshaus ist mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Es ist gemütlich und modern eingerichtet. Auch der Garten ist wunderschön und lädt zum Verweilen ein. Dieses Ferienhaus hat alle Sterne verdient.

Ein Feriendomizil mit persönlichem Ambiente und allem was man braucht und noch Meer!

Es macht einen enormen Unterschied, ob ein Haus mit wahllos gewählten Möbeln zur Vermietung ausgestattet wurde oder der Eigentümer seine eigene, persönliche Einrichtung den Gästen zur Verfügung stellt! Erst dann fühlt man sich wie zu Hause und nicht in der Ausstellung eines Möbelhauses!

Die Umgebung ist absolut ruhig und gibt einen sehr hohen Erholungswert. Die Schlei ist direkt in der Nähe. Im Bad ist Fußbodenheizung und die Sauna lädt zum wohlfühlen ein. :)

Kapitänshaus Bad Arnis

Das Kapitänshaus entspricht fast den Beschreibungen. Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl und aufgehoben gefühlt. Das Haus ist für 4 Personen sehr gut ausgestattet. Das Badezimmer ist sehr groß und neuwertig und ist von der Sauna aus in ein paar Schritten zu erreichen. Küche mit allem was nötig ist ausgestattet. Die Betten in den Schlafzimmer sind top. Fragen an den Reiseanbieter wurden direkt und schnell beantwortet. Wir hätten noch folgende Vorschläge zur Änderung: Da wir Weihnachten angereist sind, hatten wir keine Möglichkeit Kaminholz zu besorgen. Tip: für die ersten Tage sollte Brennholz und Anzünder da sein. Normale dünnwandige Weingläser sollten auch im Haus sein. Evtl. sollten die Sessel ausgetauscht werden, da sie nicht für Allergiker geeignet sind

Arnis auch Anfang März eine Reise wert

Ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit großen Räumen uns schön gestalteten Zimmern. Die Lage, direkt an der Schlei ist perfekt, auch der Weg zum Ostseestrand ist mit dem Auto in 20 Minuten problemlos bewältigt. Nicht so perfekt ist, dass kurz vor unserem Besuch im Haus Lackierarbeiten durchgeführt wurden. Das gesamte Haus war mit Lackgeruch konterminiert,das Wohnzimmer und das Durchgangszimmer im 1. OG sind trotz ständigen Lüften kaum zu nutzen gewesen. Leider hat auch die Sauna nicht funktioniert.
