What an awesome property!! We are lifelong Okoboji fans and visit a few times a year and this was one of our favorite trips. The condo is in a PERFECT location - walkable to almost everything. Very clean and comfortable - we had 5 adults and there was so much room to enjoy and relax. Check-in was a breeze, the unit is well stocked and so quiet. The staff was extremely responsive and helpful - we had a self-inflicted small emergency and they bailed us out right away! HIGHLY recommend this property and we will absolutely stay here again if it's available!

The property size, layout and location were great. The carpet needs cleaned or replaced. The bunk beds need some repair as well.

Clean, spacious, and terrific location

While we knew the proximity to the lake, amusement park, and restaurants would make this unit a great choice, we were pleasantly surprised by the size and condition of the unit, particularly since it is mostly rented by the owners. The carpet could use a cleaning but other than that, everything was is in good shape and working order. Would definitely recommend for a family stay at the lakes.
