Property and stay were fantastic. I didn't get a welcome email and had no info other than the receipt. Didn't have a door code. When we couldn't find the property it was stressful, as there was no one to call. Called the resort and they had no contact info & called the property manager and the same. VBRO was of no help.

We didn’t have a good experience. Several things went wrong starting with arrival and check in. Didn’t even have it reserved for us and a lot of time wasted on the phone trying to get in touch with someone
