Great home in perfect location.

This is a great house. In a good location. And the rental company was very responsive to any questions we had. Will use them again in future.

Great location and outdoor space

The property could use updated photos to give a better idea on the space available in each of the rooms. It ended up being a little tight for our large family. Cleanliness could also be improved. Upon arrival, we found dirty clothes in one of the bathroom closets and the dishes were in the dishwasher but not clean. Communications leading up to our stay were fine. However, we had paid the add-on of a late checkout, but we were given less than 24-hour notice that they would no longer be able to honor it and we were provided a refund - advanced notice of this would have been appreciated. The biggest plus of this place is the location! You’re in the heart of all the fun the Okoboji area has to offer. The property also has a lovely shaded backyard space to enjoy the lake.
