Enjoying a sunny hillside setting, this 2-bedroom home for 5 is perfectly placed for sightseeing on the Swiss-Italian Lakes, as well as for exploring the local lakeside villages.
The 3-storey townhouse offers plenty of space in which to kick back and relax. A flat screen SAT TV with DVD player and book-games library provides timeless year-round amusement within the living room, which is complemented by a sofabed, a small modern kitchenette and a double bed. A separate fully-equipped kitchen diner for 6 also sets the scene for effortless entertaining. From the ambient living room, a flight of open tread stairs leads to an open mezzanine floor with double bed. A 2nd bedroom and 2 contemporary-fitted shower rooms complete the internal layout of this updated, flexible home.
Private laundry facilities are also provided. From the holiday home, paid public parking can be found 500 metres away.
