"Amazing service, beautiful hotel and fantastic location "

"Great location on the beach and easy access to everything you need . Everywhere was very clean. Spacious room but dated decor. We also overlooked the building work in the neighbouring hotel and patio doors not particularly sound proof. Did have a sea view from balcony which was great. Lots of wardrobe and draws plus free safe and aircon. Bathroom more modern. Pool area is spacious and not issue getting beds. Buffet breakfast had lots of choices to accommodate all. "Our room was large and comfortable, but was very warm and there didn’t seem to be any air conditioning control. The breakfast staff were brilliant , but the pool attendant made us move away from the pool to eat our lunch even though we did not see any signs stating this ..she then sent a waitress to take our drinks order even though we hadn’t requested this and we felt obliged to order. "On your website it was Wi-Fi included, but it never worked. Mine was a working holiday but I couldn’t do any work. Reported several times to reception but were given lame excuses. I missed a lot and had to reschedule my appointments. Not very happy."

Hotel staff always on hand to assist, Guest Experience booked our excursions and when we asked if it was possible to move rooms to get the evening sun on our balcony they were very accommodating, as promised the very next morning we moved rooms! "The hotel is clean, comfortable and well located. We were in a superior apartment on the 4th floor overlooking the pool (which we requested). The room was a good size and comfortable, albeit “functional”. Breakfast was ok. We couldn’t understand why the pool area only opened between 10am and 6pm. We would consider staying again. "

"Great stay at a great hotel! From check in the service was excellent!! Room was large and clean with large balcony to sit on and play cards. Pool area was clean. We opted for the 1/2 board as we are not big drinkers. I found drink prices to be reasonable. Food at the Buffet was very good!! Not 5tar dining but probably best buffet outside of Vegas that I have had. Infinity pool deck was a great place to watch the sun set and watch the surfers/people watch. "Only marked down on condition due to the property closing mid jan 2023 for 9 month refurb. Definitely looked tired and in need of upgrade. But this didn't detract from our enjoyable stay in clean comfortable freindly hotel in perfect location"

"Enjoyed our stay at the Zentral Center. Stayed here now many times and find the staff very welcoming and friendly. The room we were given on the 7th floor had a good sized balcony. It was a good sized room and was cleaned with new towels every day. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a peaceful stay close to many bars and restaraunts."

"Nice room with soap, shampoo and body wash supplied, it even had an iron. Didn’t like the check-in experience, the staff were totally controlling and you can’t get your room keys until the clock turns 4!!!! There were groups of us waiting in Reception and even ‘dagger stares’ did not work"
