Could do better

Needs updating wardrobes only opened half way. Four draw unit only top drawer opened. Mattress soiled disguised by mattress cover. Only one pot without lid and a frying pan in kitchen

Poor apartment

Arrived at the property and check in was fine. Listed below are the pros and cons of this apartment: Cons: No aircon (advertised as aircon in the apartment - we checked the listing on VRBO and it stated there was aircon) Oven and grill not working Towels old and mismatched and did not smell very nice Crockery mismatched and not enough (only 3 cups, which were stained) - we had to buy our own cups and only a few plates Pane of glass missing in bathroom window Cushions on settee extremely dirty and covered in stains, presumably food Shower head does not fit into attachment on the wall so we had to have a shower holding the shower in our hand All walls extremely marked and dirty Wardrobe doors broken in both bedrooms so could only open one side of each wardrobe so we had limited space for our clothes Only one set of keys which had the fob on to get out of the complex and get into the pool area, so was difficult at times if we wanted to go out separately Patio door didn't lock Pros: Apartment in a central area for everything Nice pool Television good with a good range of channels Safety deposit box available Overall this apartment is extremely tired and in need of an update and was not clean and we would not stay again. It is definitely not worth the weekly cost to stay there.

Lovely apartment

The apartment is exactly like the pictures, very bright, spacious and clean - the pool area is kept clean and tidy and the apartment has a nice size balcony overlooking the pool too. Everything we needed in the kitchen (pots, pans, big fridge freezer, good oven, etc.) The shower is very powerful! Easy check in process and loads of info from Sven ahead of arrival. We came for a holiday but brought work laptops so decided to stay longer when the UK lockdown was announced - arranging to extend our stay was also very easy, and the WiFi is excellent! Location wise it's ideal, close to playa de las americas (5-10 mins walk) and Los Cristianos (20 mins) with bus stops nearby to get to tourist attractions. Very happy with our stay!

Bien situé

Appartement bien agencé, nous étions 4 adultes et 2 ados, il manquait de la vaisselle pour 6, on pouvait pas utiliser le four car pas de plaque adéquate. La piscine était fermée le week-end mais elle est bien entretenue. Il manque une clé pour le portillon car à 6 faut se passer les clés. Vacances agréables.

Good Location, Nice Apartment

This apartment worked out well for us for our 10 day stay at Las Americas. It is a top floor apartment (walk up) and there is on-site parking. Check-in worked well with the owner's agent. It is a fairly compact two bedroom unit but we were only a couple so had a bit of room to spread out our luggage. Beds are comfortable. Like a lot of rentals, there are a few signs that it needs a bit of minor maintenance or attention (missing light bulbs, toaster didn't work). A three block walk to the beach or boardwalk. The pool was nice. All in all we were very satisfied.

Summer Holiday

Stayed here in early September. We were met with keys & shown to our apartment. Beautiful & modern apartment, flat screen television washing machine etc. Small balcony with table & chairs also. It is a sort walking distance from the main Strip in Playa de las Americas. It is a private apartment in a very quiet complex. The swimming pool was great also with no restrictions on opening hours. Highly recommend & thanks for a wonderful week!

Agréable bien situé bien équipé

Nous avons apprécié ce logement bien équipé, propre, bien situé. Bien accueillis par Julio qui nous a présenté l'appartement. Résidence très bien entretenue. La seule remarque qu'on pourrait faire : en famille avec 2 ados 2 jeux de clés auraient été pratiques.

Apartment was really like home from home, 3 adults and two kiddies for a week, everything needed.

Apt. was immaculately clean, beach towels provided, washing machine a godsend, beds very comfy even the fold out sofa. Very cool with air flowing through despite no air-conditioning (good fans though). Complex kept well, quiet, lovely pool, close to everything, easy walk to beach. Booking, checking in and out very easy. All in all the best family apartment we've stayed in. Felt very safe and secure in complex. Highly recommended for holidays, didn't want to come home. 🏖️☀️🌞
