Our charming and spacious holiday home, nestled in the sunny south of Tenerife, offers 80 square meters of comfortable living space spread over two floors. Whether you're seeking relaxation or adventure, this house provides everything you need for an unforgettable vacation.

On the ground floor, you'll find a bright and airy living room with a cozy dining area, perfect for family meals or relaxing evenings. The well-equipped kitchen features modern appliances, including a dishwasher, making meal preparation effortless. A guest toilet with a washing machine adds convenience to your stay. From here, step out onto your private terrace and enjoy a romantic garden setting—ideal for morning coffee or evening drinks.

Just beyond the terrace, access the communal pool of the small residential complex—your perfect spot to cool off and unwind under the sun. The pool is exclusively available for residents and guests, offering a peaceful retreat.

Upstairs are two luminous bedrooms, each equipped with blackout folding blinds to ensure restful sleep. One bedroom boasts a balcony with lovely views, while both feature large built-in wardrobes for ample storage. Comfort is key: one bedroom has air conditioning, and the other is fitted with a ceiling fan to keep you cool during warm summer nights. The modern bathroom is well-appointed and invites you to relax after a day exploring the island.

Located in a friendly residential community primarily inhabited by locals and residents, our house offers an authentic Tenerife experience. In Chayofa, you'll enjoy over 300 days of sunshine annually, approximately 350 rain-free days, and a mild climate that makes every day perfect for outdoor activities.
