Cozy Studio with Large Patio Sleeps up to 3 people. There is WiFi, Terrace and pool heated all year round with Bar-Restaurant at the pool. Studio has all appliances, linen, bedding and washing machine.
Apartment been recently refurbished with flat screen TV and new units of furniture installed. Shopping mall with kids playground is just few minutes walk, sea front is just 15 min walk. Free parking by the complex & easy to find a spot any time of the day. Only 15 minutes drive from South Airport.

Sergej and his property are brilliant.

The property was exactly what is needed if you’re looking for a relaxed stay in the Oasis sur/Los Cristianos area. The property is in a nice quiet area with a pool and bar on site with just a short walk to the bars and restaurants of Los Cristianos. Sergej was a great host, very friendly and was very accommodating when our flight schedules didn’t quite meet the usual checking in and our times. We’re already planning our return next year with friends and Sergej will be our first port of call when we do! Thanks again Sergej

Wonderful host and place

Sergej is a great host! Was quick to respond and extremely kind and helpful! He provided us with all the information we needed. Even though he was very busy, he took the time to help us out on every occasion, fx. by giving links to several cheap car rentals, making some great recommendations for dinner and sightseeing, etc., and even picked us up from the airport. We loved the spacious balcony and the view, was spending lot's of time there and even slept there on the sleeper sofa in the open air. We would highly recommend his wonderful apartment.

Stay was amazing and the pool is one of the nicest ive been in. The room was very clean, tidy and cosy although it was a bit of a climb up hill to get back to the apartment but other than that. Fantastic! Will stay again.

schöne, perfekt ausgestattete Wohnung in sehr guter Lage

Wir 2 Menschen (Mutter mit Kind) hatten einen perfekten Aufenthalt in der Wohnung! Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Es war alles da, was man braucht Bügeleisen, Fön, Toaster, Kaffeemaschine etc. Sehr praktisch mit dem Parkplatz vor der Tür. Schöne geräumige Terrasse. Schöne gepflegte Anlage mit Pool und einer netten PoolBar, wo man gut und günstig essen und trinken könnte. Sergey ist ein sehr guter Gastgeber, hat uns sehr gut empfangen, alles erklärt und Tipps gegeben was wir unternehmen könnten und wie man wohin kommt. Es liegt auch sehr gut, dass man zu Fuß zum Strand gehen kann aber auch sehr schnell an der Autobahn ist uns von da aus die Insel gut erkunden kann. Ich kann die Wohnung wirklich vom Herzen empfehlen!

We went as family , the property is really nice , Victoria was lovely and so helpful, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there , the room was spacious and just lovely , close to the beach and all amenities , we loved Tenerife so much , it was amazing .

First Class Service

I have just returned from my 1 week stay at this apartment and I have to say that it is one of the best places I have stayed in during my many frequent visits to Tenerife. While I was there I re booked another week in September so that proves how good it was as I can be fussy at times ! The apartment was accurately represented on the website but the service levels from Sergej the owner and his partner Vicky went way beyond that. When I arrived at Los Christianos bus station, Vicky was there to meet me and take me to the apartment and show me all of the features and then to check in to Castle Harbour complex itself. The staff there are fantastic and very helpful indeed. The beds in the apartment are memory foam, very comfortable indeed and the TV was a new LCD widescreen with a very good range of channels. This was a proper home from home and I can't wait to get back there again. Sergej the owner answered any questions that I had very quickly and he is very professional indeed. Castle Harbour itself is a lovely place, clean and quiet. The pool area is lovely, no problems with sunbeds which are only 2 euros per day to hire. The pool is heated to 25 degrees and is excellent to swim in. On departure, there is a room to leave your luggage in once you vacate the apartment so again, no stress or problems whatsoever. Once again Sergej and Vicky, thanks for a fabulous holiday. Paul Oughton

Time at Castle Harbour Apartments

The property was very clean and tidy, and was exactly as described. Sergei met us with the keys as discussed. The whole experience was very enjoyable and we would definitely go again. The only slight negatives was that the neighbours were very loud, but apart from that it was very good.

Highly Recommended!

We had a great time staying at this apartment and would thoroughly recommend it to anyone. The owner Sergej was lovely and friendly when he met us at the apartment to show us around the complex and the apartment itself – the bottles of cold water and wine in the fridge waiting for us was a very welcome surprise and went down a treat. All the amenities, of which there are many – fridge freezer, hob, kettle, coffee maker, safe, washing machine, clothes airer, hairdryer, iron, iron board, plenty of towels plus a fresh set of bedding really made the whole experience seem like a real home from home. I was a little worried that the pool area was going to be too busy from looking at the pictures but I was down there a lot and it was really nice, it was busy with families etc but it wasn’t rowdy and there was plenty of space for loungers and the pool itself wasn’t over-crowded – the fact that the pool was heated was an added bonus! The location of the apartment is great, I’d say it was a 20 minute walk to all the restaurants & bars in the old town, there are lots to choose from and we had a great time sampling a few of them. Sergej also gave us a few suggestions and we really enjoyed them too. For anyone wanting to sample a bit more nightlife then a taxi to Las Americas or Costa Adeje are only about 5/6 euros from the apartment. Overall, we had an amazing stay and can’t wait to go back when we next visit Tenerife.

Fabulous studio apartment. I would definitely recommend a stay here if you like a relaxing break. Up a hill, out of the melee of the sea front, this lovely like apartment gives you the chance to wake to the sound of bird song, and peace and quiet. In July, the sun rises over the mountain to the left and shines directly onto the terrace, so you can enjoy your early morning coffee and breakfast in the sun. The apartment has a washing machine so you can travel with less luggage and is equipped with everything you may need to self-cater. The apartment owner is charming and very helpful. We have booked to go back, and will be booking again for further visits. This must tell you how much we enjoyed our stay. Just for reference, and don't let this put you off! - the apartment is in a complex which is built on a hill (like most places in Tenerife not on the front), about a mile from the sea front, so not really suitable for those with walking difficulties unless you are happy to use taxis all the time. Walking down is fine, but walking back up, especially when it is hot, is a slog. If you don't want to walk down, leave the complex through the pool exit and turn to the right, cross over the road and follow the path down past the supermarket, just around the corner is a taxi rank. Taxis are about 3.50euro to town.

We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment. Our original booking was in a hotel, but as we made a mistake and arrived 2 days earlier we needed to find some place to stay for those two days. I got in contact with the owner and he replied very quickly and accept our booking. The apartment is situated in very good location. The supermarket is in a 5 min by walk and the beach is only aprox 10 min away. Car parking isn't an issue due plenty parking spaces near by. The swimming pool is nice and comfortable and has a bar that serves great snacks and drinks. The owner was very kind, friendly and helpful. He was waiting for us on arrivals and he explained everything about the area and also gave us advice some bars and places to go to. Thank you very much! Next time the same apartment!
